Parking: There is plenty of free parking. Staff: The staff are polite, friendly, and welcoming. Especially the assistant FOH (forgot to ask for his name ). He made my day, amazing customer service. Restaurant: The food was amazing!!! I had the "Feather Blade" recommended by the assistant FOH. Astonishing dish, this is honestly one of the best dishes I have eaten in a while. Special compliments to the Chef!! Room: Big room with comfy bed, nice and clean top to bottom. Good water pressure in the shower. :) I will be back for sure :).

There seemed to be ample staff to ensure great service everywhere The food was terrific Would like to single out the young chap behind the sports bar. He said it was only his second shift but he was very very helpful and ensured we could get food when the restaurant was full and frequently checked that everything was going well. There are some negative reviews around but we found nothing negative at all during the visit and expect to stay again.

As a family of four with a 2 year old and 4 rmonth old, we felt that the hotel was really well set up for families. We had a suite which gave us space to put the kids down in their own section of the room - the hotel provided a travel cot and camp bed for the kids FOC. We ordered room service for dinner which worked really well and was hot and delicious. Breakfast was nice and there was a varied selection on offer. We used the swimming pool in the morning, which was lovely and warm - there were lots of other children and there is a large shallow area.

We were here celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary, we were greeted by a lovely man on the desk (unsure of his name sorry) we have enjoyed the facilities and the reasturant during our 3 night stay. We have been greeted by the very energetic young man callum on the bar, we have been served by the very smiley zoe in the restaurant of an evening, all of this has been overseen by the very attentive and supportive reasturant manager Sian who absolutely kept the ship going. We have had a wonderful stay. Thank you.
